You're doing world-class work. Almost no one online can see it.

Linked Group has the factory, the materials, the systems, and seventeen years of capability behind it. The website doesn't show that. The Instagram is hidden behind a product name. Eifion's LinkedIn is thin. The project pages are thumbnails with no story. The work is invisible to the architects, installers and homeowners who should be finding it.

This is a two-stage plan to fix that. First, we get the foundations right. Then, we build the engine that fills them.

Stage One

Get the boring stuff right.

Before any cameras come out, the platforms need to be ready to receive the work. Right now they aren't. This stage is about cleaning up the foundations so when the content starts flowing, it lands somewhere that can hold it.

Two pieces. The first is the core profile setup, non-negotiable if we're going to do this properly. The second is the SEO fixes from the audit, which can be added on or done in-house.

Every profile, channel and platform Linked Group should be on, audited and rebuilt to a consistent standard. One discovery session at the start, two to three weeks of work, sign-off at the end.

  • Eifion's LinkedIn (personal). Full rebuild including headline, About section, experience, featured work, banner and photo direction.
  • Linked Group LinkedIn (company page). Full audit and rebuild covering About, banner, services, products, posting strategy.
  • Instagram. Handle and positioning reset (currently hidden behind EuroSeam), bio, highlights, pinned grid plan.
  • Facebook. Audit, About cleanup, NAP consistency, cover photo, services tab.
  • Google Business Profile. Claim, verify, populate (categories, services, products, photos, hours, NAP).
  • YouTube channel. Create and brand (banner, profile, About, channel structure ready for content).
  • Discovery session and final sign-off. Sam-led, to make sure everything's pointing the same direction.

  • 301 redirects on broken pages (including /specification-profiles).
  • Delete or noindex the duplicate /home-1 homepage and submit removal in Search Console.
  • Strip AI-artifact text from the About page and rewrite affected sections.
  • Migrate product copy from /about to the relevant product pages (across all eleven product pages).
  • Rewrite title tags and meta descriptions across all pages with geo and category modifiers.
  • Image filename and alt text audit on the top twenty pages.
  • XML sitemap submission to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Sam QA across the rebuild.
Stage Two

Then we start telling the story.

Once the foundations are set, every cycle puts a new Linked Group project in front of architects, installers and homeowners. One day on-site becomes a YouTube hero film, short-form social cuts, image posts and an email newsletter. We don't just hand over the files. We publish everything for you across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and run the engagement that puts your work in front of the right audiences each month.

The cadence is your call. Every two months for momentum. Every three months as a realistic entry point.

    Two image posts Drawn from the same shoot. One design-led for architects, one craft-led for trade.

    One email newsletter Written, designed and sent to the Linked Group list. Leads with the new hero film and the project story behind it.

    Publishing across every platform We post everything for you. YouTube upload with title, description, tags and chapters. Instagram feed and Reels. Facebook page. LinkedIn company page. All scheduled, all captioned, all tagged.
  • 06
    Audience engagement 20+ targeted Instagram follows per month (architects, specifiers, allied trades). 20+ LinkedIn connection requests per month into the same audience. Comment monitoring across the page so nothing useful slips by.

    Pre-production, shoot day, edit and revisions All included in the cycle price. The content also doubles as proof for current and past clients. Every cycle is something you can send to a specifier or builder you're already talking to.

A note on the audit. Even if none of the above lands, the audit is yours. The Phase 1 quick wins (broken page redirect, duplicate homepage cleanup, AI-text fixes, Google Business Profile claim) can be done by anyone with Squarespace admin access. They're worth doing regardless.
