Websites

Builder websites, built to convert.

Around ten builder websites in the last two years, each one better than the last. Minimal, modern, built for the phone in a homeowner’s hand, and made to turn months of quiet research into one good enquiry.

What you are getting

01

01

Built on Webflow and Framer

The Apple of website platforms: proven for years, quick to load, what the high end agencies build on, and simple enough for you to make small changes yourself.

Fast because of AI, unique because we make it so

AI has made building faster and sharper on price. Cheap AI sites all look the same though. We spend the time saved on the details that make yours stand out.

Website and content, together

A great website with bad imagery still turns people away. We shoot the projects, the team and the hero film as part of the build, so the whole thing looks like you.

Two sites, live

Stewart Construction and Gardo Group

Stewart Construction came to us with a site that had quietly died, full of old imagery they could not even access. The new one is minimal, design heavy and unmistakably theirs, and it is already outperforming the old site. Gardo Group arrived with a small site and not much on it, so we built the structure properly: service pages, projects, components that scale. The feedback since has been about the things that matter, traffic and leads.

All of it happens in house. Sam runs the strategy and the structure, and the custom work comes from our developer in Christchurch, who mostly listens to drum and bass and builds very good websites.

The honest bit

Why most builder websites let the builder down.

No about page, no team, no projects, no proof. Dated, cheap and one man band are the signals a homeowner reads in seconds, whatever the workmanship says.

Imagine an architect who rates your work but hesitates to recommend you, because their client will land on your website and wonder who they are dealing with. That is what an out of date site quietly costs: the referrals you never hear about.

The fix is not design alone, it is proof. Real projects, a real team, real photography. That is why we build the website and the content together, and why they come as one package.

How a build runs

01

Start with a chat.

We sit down, look at where everything is at, talk goals, and pull inspiration from sites you rate. Then we recommend the shape: pages, audience, what it needs to do.

02

Homepage first.

You get a working homepage in the real design language, not a mockup. Once it feels right, usually quickly, the rest is built to match. A month at the quick end, generally a couple. The last details are worth not rushing.

03

Live, then looked after.

Analytics connected, Google and AI able to read it properly, and handed over with you as the owner from day one. No hostage websites. We stay on as guests, watch how people actually use it, and recommend what to build next.
