This policy covers how Onsite Media collects and handles personal information, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you get in touch by email or phone, we hold the details you give us: your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your project. The site itself collects basic, anonymous analytics such as page views. No accounts are created and we do not ask for payment information through this site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply, to quote and to deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we only share it with the services we use to run the business, such as email and file storage.
Photography and filming on site
Our work involves photographing and filming construction sites under agreement with our clients. People can appear in that material incidentally. If you appear in a photo or film we have made and would rather not, contact us and we will sort it.
Storage and security
Information is stored with reputable providers and access is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email sam@onsitemedia.co.nz and we will respond.
