Construction marketing

Run the business, not the marketing.

One person who understands construction, shoots the content and runs the whole thing. Not an agency. Not another hire.

Marketing Partner

Your marketing function, without the agency

Most builders do not need an agency and are never going to hire a marketing manager. What works is one person who understands construction, turns up and shoots the content, then does something with it.

That is the whole model. I shoot it, I run it, you deal with me. Where a job needs a specialist, a web build or paid media, I bring one in from my network and manage them. You never do. One shoot every sixty days, planned against a goal, feeding everything else. One invoice, one person, reported monthly so you can see what it did.

Two kinds of builder

01

The invisible builder

Three to fifteen on the tools, still on site most days, and not short of work this month. What you are short of is proof. Someone gets your name from a mate, looks you up, and what they find does not match what you build.

02

The referral ceiling

Work is coming in but you have a number in your head for the next twelve months, and you know referrals alone do not get you there. You want the phone to ring from people who have never met you.

Both start the same way. What sits on top is different, and that is a conversation, not a menu.

What gets handled

Content first, always. Photography, video and drone from a planned shoot every sixty days, then the pieces built out of it and posted for you. Around that sits whatever the job needs.

01

Social media management

Captions, thumbnails, scheduling and posting, built out of the shoot, so nothing is waiting on you at nine at night.

02

Facebook and Instagram ads

The same content in front of a much bigger audience, so you reach the people who do not already follow you.

03

Google Business Profile

Kept current, so the people searching for a builder in your town actually find you.

04

Blog and SEO content

Writing built off what we shot on site, so the same ninety minutes pays twice.

05

Website work

Time each month on the site itself, so it is not the thing you have been meaning to fix since 2019.

The sixty day cycle

Ninety minutes on site. Sixty days of content.

One planned shoot every sixty days. We turn up with a list, shoot photo, video and drone in a single visit, and everything for the next two months comes out of it. The videos, the photo posts, the captions, the blog, the boost, the report.

You are off the tools for ninety minutes, twice a quarter.

The shoot is planned before anybody arrives, so nothing is decided on site, nothing gets missed, and nobody pays for a day where somebody turns up with a camera and a hope.

Start with the walk through.

Send me your website and your socials. I go through the lot the way a client of yours would, then send back a ten minute video of what I see and what I would do about it. No deck.

It is free and there is nothing attached to it. If it turns into a conversation, good. If it just gives you a list you go and do yourself, also good. Price comes in writing afterwards, once we both know what needs running.
