Oswald Homes

A custom architectural home at Waihi Beach, built by Oswald Homes for a private client. We shot it as a split day: three hours in the morning, then back in the early afternoon, so the set catches the light moving through the house rather than one fixed version of it.

The set covers the full architectural series, a short film and drone imagery placing the house on its section. Waihi Beach is one of the busiest building corners of the Bay right now, high end holiday homes and forever homes side by side, and a short drive from Tauranga we are always happy to make.
